Salary: Londonper annum / Nationalper annum
Location: Hybrid Station Road Croydon OR National office
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term / Secondment ending 31st December 2025
Were seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer & Quality Lead to join our Quality and Compliance team on a fixed term basis.
Youll be identifying opportunities to develop and improve the customer experience and implement strategies to support the delivery of continuous improvement within the Housing Association through monitoring the quality of customer facing service provision and supporting change implementation.
The ideal candidate will come to us with leadership experience within a customer and quality environment with the ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills around monitoring quality in that area. Youll also have a proven ability to support the delivery and the continuous improvement of customer experience. Excellent working knowledge of CRM platforms and advanced skills in Microsoft packages to include data management is also essential for the role.

You will be working in a hybrid way and will be required to have attendance at your designated office base a few times a month as well as travel to other Clarion offices as and when required.
