We are currently looking for a Master Data Management Administrator to join our Customer Service team located in Terrassa Barcelona.
In this position you will be responsible for creation of master data audit and maintenance processes and trainings as well as collaboration with other departments to provide better service towards the Business Units in EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of Supplier and Customer Data for all BUs including Inter Company you will have to be critical and analyze the maintenance requests for correctness before executing
- Regular audit of Supplier/Customer and Item data for all BUs including InterCompany correction of supplier and customer data while providing feedback to engineering and supply chain teams about Item Data as well as creation of smart reports to easily perform the audit
- Help out for other business processes like receiving picking where SOD can be problematic for the Businesses as well as to keep an eye on inboxes where errors are reported so that the business can pick up on it
- Create training documents for the rest of the organization organize training sessions and provide training to different stakeholders who are responsible of creating or maintaining data
- Collaborate with BA Teams International MDM teams and Finance to improve quality of data and to provide better service towards the Business Units
Your Profile:
- Bachelor degree or 12 years of experience in a job which requires analytical skills
- Accuracy and efficiency are extremely important
- Service oriented and interest in the business processes relating to customer service
- Communication administration analytical skills savviness in ERP and other tools (Ex: Excel)
- A good capacity to identify priorities coordinate multiple tasks and requests within the deadlines
- Working in a complex and fastpace environment with many international and internal stakeholders
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must
- Knowledge of Oracle R12 is an advantage but onsite training will be provided
