VERMILION FORKS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
1.0 FTE Temporary fulltime Grade 6/7 teaching position beginning September 1 2025 to May 22 2026 or the return of the incumbent.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
T raining and experience working with gradelevel students.
Experience with adapting materials resources assessments and learning outcomes for student needs.
Valid BC Teaching Certificate and familiarity with BC Curriculum.
Teaching category five or higher.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A commitment to supporting a variety of learning needs.
Experience/training in supporting the socialemotional learning needs of students.
Committed to establishing and maintaining positive relationships with students staff and parents.
Committed to working as a member of a school team in support of students.

The starting annual salary for this fulltime teacher position ranges from $60090 $109520 with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.
