Location:Trinity Anglican School Cairns
Overnight Rate:$534.24
Casual Hourly Rate:$47.70
Are you passionate about the great outdoors and inspiring young minds Trinity Anglican School Cairns is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Outdoor Education Group Leader to join our dynamic awardwinning team.

What Youll Do:
- Lead and inspire groups in a variety of outdoor activities including remote hiking offtrack navigation canoeing kayaking abseiling climbing ropes courses and mountain biking.
- Create unforgettable experiences for students fostering a love for the outdoors and personal growth.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants providing expert guidance and supervision.
What Were Looking For:
- Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation/Leadership or equivalent.
- Wilderness First Aid and current CPR.
- Bronze Medallion or Pool Lifeguard.
- Paddle Australia Canoe Instructor.
- Experience on longer (10 days plus) journeybased programs;
- Experience in dynamic risk assessment and incident management.
Special Opportunity:Come and work for a 6week block on our 19day journeybased Year 9 Outdoor Education program this August! Reasonable travel costs considered.
