Job Description
We are seeking a Repairs Technician for a permanent role based in East London Eastern Cape
Duties & Responsibilities
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 with 3 years hands on maintenance and repair experience on a wide range of power tools welding machines compressors small machinery such as petrol & diesel generators and small pumps
- A certification in relevant field is preferable
- Must have proven track record and able to work independently
- Good English literacy both written & spoken
- Good overall knowledge of mechanical systems
- Carry out predelivery inspections servicing and repairs for the product range
- Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
- Housekeeping and clean up of all maintenance areas
- Requisitioning of spares and consumables as required
- Safekeeping of base stock
