Job Description

Kendal at Hanover is a nonprofit Continuing Care Retirement Community employing 300 staff and home to 400 residents. We believe in providing a rich environment for growth and learning in a manner that works for you including an emphasis on true work/life balance.

Kendal at Hanover is seeking an experienced General Maintenance Technician. Qualified candidates for this General Maintenance position will be engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds by performing a variety of duties. Examples include:

  • Perform project assignments and renovations.
  • Perform work requests to building interiors/ exteriors such as woodwork furnishings finishes hardware and maintaining grounds.
  • This position supports the operational needs of the facility. The assignment of workdays work hours and shifts will be discussed at the time of an interview.

Kendal at Hanover offers a competitive hourly rate plus generous evening/night/weekend shift differentials. Pay Range: $27.04 $32.70 per hour dependent on experience (not including shift differentials).
