Overview of the Role:
Join a dynamic team as a Sourcing Specialist where youll execute critical procurement processes and help optimize supply chain efficiency for a leading energy provider. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your procurement career while making a meaningful impact in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sourcing processes for assigned business areas
- Analyze responses to bid requests and make supplier recommendations
- Conduct negotiations and participate in sourcing project teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with business units and suppliers
- Communicate sourcing strategies and results to management
- Drive down total cost of ownership through effective procurement practices
- Monitor supplier performance and develop new sources of supply
- Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or related field
- 1 years of supply chain/procurement experience
- Strong communication leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage highvolume workload in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook Word Excel)
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Experience with sourcing agreements and contract terms preferred
