Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Recruiter with 12 years of hands-on experience in hiring across the UK and European regions. The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of regional recruitment practices compliance norms and market expectations. This role is crucial in supporting end-to-end recruitment activities while collaborating with global stakeholders and recruitment partners. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sourcing for the entire UK and Europe region for all both the Tech & Non-Tech roles.

  • Understand regional hiring nuances including right-to-work regulations notice periods and work culture differences.

  • Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to gather role requirements and define sourcing strategies.

  • Use job boards LinkedIn and recruitment tools to proactively identify and engage suitable talent.

  • Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when necessary to ensure a smooth hiring process.

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics and ensure SLAs and timelines are met.

  • Stay up to date with recruitment trends market intelligence and competitor hiring activity within the UK/EU region.


Qualifications :

Requirements:

  • 12 years of relevant experience in UK and European region recruitment.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes sourcing techniques and employment laws relevant to the UK/EU market.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.

  • Comfortable with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter job boards ATS systems).

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a staffing agency or consulting environment.

  • Exposure to tech or niche hiring in the UK/EU market.

  • Familiarity with GDPR and related data privacy compliance in recruitment.
