Role: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Reports To: Elise Giannasi North American Head of People & Culture
Location: Buckhead Atlanta
Workplace Type: We ask all employees to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum 3x/week in their local office. We welcome employees to utilize office space more than that where possible.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team. This entrylevel role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Londonbased Talent Acquisition Partner and gain handson experience in all aspects of the recruitment process.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will support a range of recruitment activities and ensure a seamless highquality experience for candidates and hiring teams. Youll play a vital role in identifying top talent coordinating interviews and helping to build a diverse and inclusive team that reflects our values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Screening & Resume Review: Assist in reviewing resumes and screening candidates to assess fit for various roles across the organization.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones ensuring smooth logistics and communication for both candidates and interviewers.
- Candidate Communication: Manage ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
- Headhunting & Sourcing Support: Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms to build talent pipelines.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) help with recruitment reporting and assist with projectbased work to improve hiring processes.

- Strong communicator with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Passionate about creating a positive candidate experience and supporting inclusive hiring practices.
Qualifications:
- 02 years of experience in a recruitment HR or administrative support role (internships and work placements welcome).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g. ATS LinkedIn) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
