The Relationship Manager position mainly responsible for managing and developing a diversified portfolio of corporate clients to ensure revenue growth and excellent services are always delivered.
Job Descriptions
- Engage clients in strategic dialogue be a valueadded advisor who understands clients full needs for financial solutions and position the Bank as a provider of solutions not just generic products.
- Conduct the indepth industry study & analysis and recommend the appropriate financial products & services.
- Provide input to the market segment sales strategy based on a deep understanding of the market client needs and business growth opportunities.
- Develop indepth understanding and assessment of borrowers business needs evaluate and identify risk and mitigations in order to identify lending opportunities appropriate loan structure and recommend financial solutions to borrowers.
- Spot new opportunities and equip origination. Analyze and assess the current markets issue and compare with other competitors.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Business Administration Management Marketing Finance and Banking
- Experienced banker or respected businessperson in client interfacing roles
- Minimum 5 years in RM roles with background in credit and other financial products
- Business management and development Skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
