What You Will Do in This Role
As a Legal BackOffice Advisor you will:

Ensure that transport operators are adhering to passenger rights.
-
Assess the customers unique situation and manage legal claims with thorough treatment and followup.
-
Collaborate with legal professionals including lawyers legal officers and national enforcement bodies to accurately assess customer claims.
Your Qualifications
Wed be a great match if you:

Have a high proficiency in French (C2) and fluency in English (B2).

Possess excellent communication skills.
-
Have prior experience in customer service or as a tourism/travel representative (a plus).

Are proactive selfmotivated and a fantastic team player.
