As a French Customer Care Representative you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional support to users across Frenchspeaking markets.
Provide firstclass customer support via phone email or chat to users in French.
Assist with technical troubleshooting billing queries account issues and general product guidance.
Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism empathy and efficiency.
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Keep up to date with our latest products services and updates.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate information.
Native or fluent French speaker (C2 level).
Good English skills (B2 or higher) for internal communication.
Passion for video games and digital entertainment.
Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Team player with a customercentric mindset.
Availability to work in rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday).
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit.
Relocation package (flight accommodation airport pickup if applicable).
