About the Role
Join one of the worlds fastestgrowing tech platforms in beautiful Lisbon! As a Content Moderator youll play a vital role in keeping our online community safe and enjoyable. This is your chance to make an impact on a global scale all while living in one of Europes sunniest capitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate shortform video content in Dutch.
- Identify and flag content that violates community guidelines (e.g. cybercrime hate speech graphic material).
- Ensure platform safety and accuracy in content curation.
- Collaborate with international teams to uphold content standards.
Training & Onboarding:
Start strong with a fully paid 10day training program that includes:
- Handson product education
- Realworld moderation simulations
- Tools and platform training
Earn 254.80 during training!
Working Hours & Conditions:
- Schedule: 40 hours/week (rotating shifts Monday to Sunday 24/7)
- Shifts: 8hour shifts 1hour paid break
- Vacation: 22 paid days off per year (Portuguese labor law)
- Public holidays: Compensated if worked
Salary & Relocation Package:
Without Accommodation: 1556.06 gross/month
With Company Accommodation: 1296.12 gross/month
(includes shared housing in Lisbon)
