Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) having experience of 4 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop highfidelity designs layouts typography color schemes and interactive elements.
- User Research: Conduct user research such as surveys and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors and inform design decisions.
- Design Strategy: Develop user personas storyboards mockups user flows wireframes sitemaps design architecture and prototypes to address user needs and project requirements supporting Agile workflow.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Design Systems: Contribute to design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
- Testing and Iteration: Lead usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of design processes user research findings and design rationale.
- Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends design tools and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the design process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills process responsive designs and impact on both Mobile and Web Applications.
- Skills: Strong Proficiency in Figma Sketch InVision Adobe XD Photoshop Illustrator After Effect or similar. Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory responsive design user research methodologies and usability testing. Experience with HTML CSS3 Bootstrap Material UI Tailwind and JavaScript is a plus.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design UX Design HumanComputer Interaction Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
