KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
VENDOR ACCREDITATION
- Assist with the requests for vendor accreditation of international and local vendors needed by the Filinvest entities.
- Evaluates the documents submitted by the vendor for the Accreditation process and create suppliers profile for the approval of the SCM management.
- Monitor the Smartsheet (Vendor Accreditation request tracker EWB Referral Letter Tracker Certificate of Accreditation Vendor Application Register) for the status and accreditation process of the vendors.
- Issue referral letters to the vendors who are willing to open an EastWest bank account.
- Respond to the inquiries of the requestors and vendors regarding the Accreditation process.
- Prepare reports for the accreditation status of the vendors for presentation to management and monitoring the progress of the accreditation.
- Keeping files and records of the vendors for accreditation.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
- Monitoring and enrollment of suppliers service providers and/or contractors in various database management system.
- Coordination and monitoring of eSettlement Facility and the process involved.
- Onboarding and monitoring of accredited vendors in the database.
- Enroll and secure the vendor information in the various systems.
- Email the vendor code to the requestor.
- Resolved the issues and urgent matters before escalating the issue to the immediate head.
- Answer all the inquiries in different channels.
- Coordinate meeting with other teams for alignment in the changes in the system
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4year degree business courses
- With at least 2years diversified work experience in related in vendor management process
