Job Description

A leading and longestablished company within the beverage manufacturing and distribution sector is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth across both local and export markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve targets across all sales channels (retail HoReCa and wholesale).

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments locally and internationally.

  • Lead manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed KPIs and company objectives.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders ensuring toptier service and client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional strategies with market demand and brand positioning.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts reports and performance reviews for senior management.

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the FMCG sector ideally in beverages food or consumer goods.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop highperforming sales teams.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a handson resultsdriven approach.

  • Proficient in data analysis reporting and CRM tools.

  • Fluent in English; Maltese is considered an asset.

  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally and occasionally abroad.
