The role is suitable for candidates with previous experience as Business DevelopmentManagerSalesManagerClientExecutiveSalesExecutive.
Experienced middle manager with 5 to 10 years in the retirement business specializing in both Defined Contribution (DC) and Defined Benefit (DB) plans. Proven track record in retirement sales benefits audit benchmarking and wellbeing programs. Deep knowledge of the Italian retirement and healthcare market coupled with strong accounting skills and advanced proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and data analytics. Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills representing the company and business in the market.
The candidate will:
- be part of a team to deliver comprehensive retirement solutions including DC and DB plans.
- Conducted benefits audits and benchmarking to ensure competitive and compliant offerings
- Developed and implemented wellbeing programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Managed client relationships driving sales and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represented the company in the market developing business activities and fostering strong client relationships.
- Utilized advanced Excel and data analytics to analyze retirement plan performance and provide actionable insights.
- Prepared and delivered presentations using PowerPoint to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
- Collaborated with other businesses in the country to enhance company presence and drive growth.
