We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate including invoices sales entries and maintaining PO.
- Experience in raising Sales Invoices and wellversed in the procedure to raise EInvoice.
- Raising invoices for international customers and FOREX knowledge.
- Posting of Customer receipt entries.
- Ability to understand PO and sales agreements made with Customers.
- Response to customers queries over emails and calls.
- Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions if raised.
- Coordinate with Sales and CS.
- Customer Followup related to payment.
- Record transactions in accounting software and ensure proper documentation.
Qualifications:
- BCOM or MCOM with an experience of 13 years.
- Excellent knowledge of accounts receivable.
- Relevant experience in Accounts Receivables Activities O2C (Order to Cash).
General Requirements:
- Must possess excellent communication skills in English with the ability to exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
- Able to multitask be independent be a great team player and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to data integrity accuracy precision and data gathering skills.
- Working experience in Tally Prime/Oracle/ QuickBooks and versatile with MS Office Applications.
