Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal ConsultantDelivery Manager
This job is to serve as delivery manager for the entire program encompassing Application & Infrastructure support and service center projects delivery. This person will be responsible to provide oversight for project deliveries and service operations. This person will also provide oversight for common program management functions like stakeholder management resource management quality management risk management status reporting and other common items.
Responsibilities
Provide oversight for the team across various service lines/streams
Responsible for successful service measurements across all the streams
Regularly communicate overall project and service delivery status to clients executive sponsors
Handling and resolving program level escalations
Ensure timely resolution of service and deliveryrelated issues and risks
Review the project and service delivery dashboards/reports regularly
Work closely with clients IT/Business executives and Genpact project teams to understand and plan for future projects / extensions / changes forecast staffing demand
Monitor and continuously improve key internal delivery processes including delivery management / governance project staffing and initiation forecasting project accounting and career management
Collaborating with cross level functions/servicelines to ensure timely and quality delivery
Monitor and improve programwide delivery execution reporting and communication standards
Ensuring SLA and KPI adherence as per agreement
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Graduate or post graduate in Engineering or Technology with Computers or IT stream.
Graduate or post graduate in any stream with course in Computers or IT stream.
Post graduate in Business Administration
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Delivery management and supervisory experience
PMP or ITIL or Prince2 certified
Sound understanding of capital markets domain
Should be good in using best industry norms for IT applications and services
Strong understanding of IT application support and their deployment across the organization
Comfortable with service delivery management domain products and vendors
Strong solution providing aptitude and analytical bent of mind particularly in the service delivery and project management space
Demonstrates leadership and takes solution ownership
Driving business improvements
Should have sound understanding of project management people management SLA and KPI delivery and client engagement handling
Sound understanding of project management tools and their integration required to deploy ITIL aligned service model across the organization
Ability to define articulate estimate and cost the complete project management solution covering people processes and tools
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
Desired Skills:
ITIL V3 intermediate level certified in Service Operations module
Continual Service Improvement
Creating performance dashboards
