Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with product information troubleshooting and solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer requests.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver highquality support.
Requirements:
- Fluent German (written and spoken) & good English skills.
- EU citizenship OR valid work permit (fullpurpose specificpurpose or refugee protection certificate).
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- No prior experience needed entrylevel position.
