Remote Customer Care with a Booking Corporation (German Language)

Work remotely from anywhere in Greece! Youve got to be located in Greece.

Salary is EUR 1380 per month gross with bonuses

What Youll Be Doing

Do you love helping others and making their day easier In this position youll provide the support and answers customers need ensuring they feel heard and cared for.

Your daytoday tasks may include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries

  • Researching and providing accurate solutions

  • Demonstrating knowledge of products and services to help customers resolve their concerns

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Fluency in German and English

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent)

  • 6 months of customer service experience

  • A knack for using technology

  • Ability to relocate to Athens Greece and gain work authorization
