Position Overview
We are seeking an experiencedClass A Vessel Fitterto join our fabrication team in Tulsa. This role involves theprecision fitting and welding of pressure vessels tanks and shellsin accordance withASME standardsand customer specifications. The ideal candidate hasstrong experience in vessel fabrication layout and fitting.
Requirements of the Class A Vessel Fitter
Accurately fit and assemblelarge vessel components includingheads nozzles shells baffles and internals usinglayout drawings and blueprints
Collaborate with engineers welders and quality inspectorsto ensure the highest fabrication standards are met
Perform layout marking and cutting tasksbased on engineered drawings and tolerances
Must maintainattention to detail and qualityin all aspects of vessel fitting
Previous experience in a fabrication shopworking onpressure vesselsrequired
