Work remotely from anywhere in Greece! Youve got to be located in Greece.
Salary is EUR 1300 per month gross with bonuses

As a Customer Service Representative you will assist customers with their inquiries offering guidance on product usage and troubleshooting and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your Responsibilities:

Assist customers via email chat and phone answering inquiries and providing troubleshooting steps for their devices.

Support customers through their product journey from initial use to repair coordination if necessary.

Job Requirements:

Fluency in German and good command of English
