We have an amazing opportunity for a Practice Manager to join our friendly team working across our Crowthorne Yateley and Lower Earley practices.
As a Practice Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of the clinic. Youll be responsible for the commercial management taking on key leadership duties and overseeing the daytoday operations and team development.
You will work under the guidance and leadership of the Regional Operations Director (ROD) and Branch Partner (where they are in place) ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our veterinary clinics.
Managing the team you are responsible for ensuring we deliver exceptional care always there for our clients patients and colleagues whilst maintaining the highest levels of compliance with regulatory operational and practice standards alongside maximising the commercial performance of our clinics.
You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients clients and colleagues while promoting a happy work environment and ensuring the smooth efficient running of the three clinics.
