As a Business Development Representative youll play a key role in identifying sales opportunities understanding client needs and creating meaningful business connections. Youll be the first point of contact for potential customers driving outbound campaigns and helping companies collaborate grow and innovate through tailored solutions.
Youll work towards individual performance targets while being part of a supportive and resultsdriven sales team focused on expanding our client base across EMEA.
Meet and exceed quarterly salesqualified opportunity (SQO) targets
Actively manage a portfolio of prospects and identify highpotential leads
Engage in daily outbound calls and emails to Clevel decision makers
Understand customer challenges and align them with effective cloud solutions
Build strong rapport quickly and guide prospects through the next steps in the sales journey
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in Salesforce
Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and group KPIs
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Nativelevel German and fluent English skills
Experience in outbound or B2B sales ideally in tech or cloudbased solutions
Solid understanding of cloud computing (e.g. Google Cloud Platform)
Ability to match business challenges with appropriate tech solutions
Excellent communication skills professionalism and integrity
Comfortable working in a phonebased sales environment
Strong computer skills and CRM proficiency (Salesforce a plus)
Nice to Have:
1 year experience in IT sales or lead generation
Proven success with cold calling and portfolio management
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Skilled at identifying key decisionmakers in organizations
Goaloriented selfdriven and teamfocused
Insight into local markets and business environments
Fulltime permanent contract (39 hours/week Monday to Friday)
