We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the daytoday operations of our office. If you are detailoriented can manage multiple tasks and have excellent communication skills we would love to hear from you.
Answer and direct phone calls take messages and handle general inquiries
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
Manage office supplies including ordering inventory tracking and maintaining stock levels
Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and office events
Handle general administrative duties such as filing data entry and document preparation
Organize and maintain office records and filing systems (both physical and digital)
Prepare and process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and other documents
Support the finance team with invoicing budgeting and expense tracking
Maintain office equipment and liaise with service providers for repairs or replacements
Assist with other officerelated tasks and support team members as needed
Matric / Grade 12 (relevant administrative qualification is a plus)
12 years experience in office administration or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
