Job Description
- Education:Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience:
- 8 years infull stack development (C# .NET 6/8 Angular SQL Server and REST APIs).
- 3 years in atechnical leadership/architecture role.
- Expertise incloudnative development (Azure) containerization (Docker/K8s) andIaC.
- Strong grasp ofarchitecture frameworks (TOGAF Microservices and CQRS).
- Insurance industryorlegacy modernization experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Solution Implementation:
- Translatesolution architecturesinto robust scalable applications while adhering tosecurity performance and observabilitybest practices.
- Collaborate onreusable design patterns and prototype critical components to validate feasibility.
- Championnonfunctional requirements (NFRs): Fault tolerance scalability and resilience.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship:
- Mentor Developers in advanced techniques (async programming distributed systems and performance optimization).
- Leadcode reviews enforceSOLID principles and promote TDD/BDDandDomainDriven Design (DDD).
- Conduct workshops to upskill teams on emerging technologies and best practices.
- Execution & Delivery:
- Define technical tasks estimates andrisk mitigation strategies for complex projects.
- DriveCI/CD pipelinesDevSecOps practices and automated testing (unit integration and security).
- Resolvecrosssystem dependencies and legacy integration challenges.
- Governance & Collaboration:
- Ensure compliance withregulatory standards and enterprise architecture.
- Partner withsecurity infrastructure and product teams to align technical roadmaps.
- Maintaintechnical documentation and deployment playbooks.
