About the role

We are seeking an International Tax Senior Manager. This role will report to the Enphase Head of Tax and will manage all aspects of the US international tax compliance foreign tax reporting tax planning and transfer pricing calculation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills strong organizational and communication skills and great attention to detail.
What you will do
  • Manage the quarterly and annual foreign entities tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 including current and deferred provision calculations returntoprovision true up reconciliation of tax accounts FIN 48 analysis etc.
  • Oversee US international tax including the calculation of GILTI Subpart F FDII 163(j) and foreign tax credits
  • Review U.S. international tax compliance forms including Formsand various other U.S. international tax forms and U.S. income tax disclosures
  • Review quarterly and annual tax forecasts for GAAP and NonGAAP including Transfer Pricing calculations for Intercompany transactions
  • Monitor international tax updates and developments and assess potential impacts to the company; develop models to evaluate tax consequences of proposed changes
  • Manage internal and external resources and provide guidance and technical feedback to deliver highquality deliverables and execution of international tax projects
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Accounting FP&A Treasury Legal and Operations and execute the Companys priorities
  • Maintain SOX documentation related to international tax workstream and cooperate with SOX control testing
  • Assist with special projects as necessary such as tax research acquisitions and cash optimization
Who you are and What you bring
  • 10 years of relevant international tax experience in Big 4 public accounting firms and multinational corporations in the hightech industry
  • Handson experience in the calculation of quarterly and annual foreign tax provisions with a working knowledge of international tax matters
  • Bachelors degree in accounting or finance (MST or CPApreferred)
  • Advanced Excel required with experience in Oracle a plus
  • Strong project management and organization skills and must be able to multitask
  • Team oriented selfmotivated and willing to take ownership of projects
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of personnel across functions organizations and with external contacts
The base pay range for this position is $145000 to $199800 per year. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidates starting pay will be determined based on jobrelated skills experience education or training work location and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus equity and benefits.
