We are looking for: Scheduling Coordinator
Proposed Schedule (2 Week Rotation):
Week 1: Sunday & Monday 8:30p7am Thursday & Friday 10am8:30pm.
Week 2: Monday 10am8:30pm Tuesday 12pm10:30pm Friday & Saturday 8:30pm7am
This role provides a high level of client service. In this role the individual enhances communication and provides support between referring veterinarians clients veterinarians and all team members of the department.
What youll do:
- Answer and respond to all phone calls from clients Referral Partners and Pharmacies log all conversations as well as check and logvoicemails
- Answer incoming calls as back up to the switchboardcoordinator
- Call for referral information on new/recheck patientappointments
- Coordinate with clinical team and update departmental schedulecalendar
- Check for incoming referral faxes at the front desk and/or communicationcenter
- Organize records in hard charts for next day specialtyappointments
- Check appointment emailsthroughout theday
- Email any electronic records/xrays to perspective department and all xrays toradiology
- Fax referral letters (depending on location)
- Make copies if needed: Client handouts cage sheet changeforms
- Call clients to remind of appointments & dropoffs for the nextday
- Monitor supplies needed for the department as well as clean and stock areas asneeded
