They are currently seeking a seasoned HVAC Dispatcher to play a pivotal role in the growth and operations of their small yet dynamic HVAC department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth coordination of technician schedules tracking job progress and ensuring effective communication with customers. This role is a golden opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating technician schedules and tracking job progress
- Communicating effectively with customers
- Supporting operations across service and small construction projects
- Supporting underground piping drain and jetting and sewer pipelining projects
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HVAC dispatching
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with small to midsized projects underground piping jetting and sewer work is a plus
- Knowledge of boilers is advantageous
- Reliable calm under pressure and comfortable working in a smaller fastpaced team
