Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Bristol TN
Critical Illness Recovery Hospital LongTerm Acute Care (LTAC)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for a 50bed LTAC hospital located in Bristol TN. This leadership role is an excellent opportunity for a nurse leader who is passionate about quality patient care and staff development within a specialized critical illness recovery setting.
Position Highlights:
- Reports directly to the CEO
- Oversees a team of approximately 60 FTEs
- Directly manages 2 House Supervisors (Day and Night)
- Fulltime permanent role
- Competitive base salary starting at $130000
- Bonus incentive program
- $15000 signon bonus
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Required
- Current RN license in the state of Tennessee or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum of 3 years of hospital nursing experience
- Leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity Preferred
- BLS Required
- ACLS Must be obtained within 6 months of hire
