What Youll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement with the support of a dedicated research and admin team.
- Drive business development through lead generation outreach negotiations and deal closure.
- Build and manage longterm client accounts including periodic engagement visits.
- Achieve individual revenue goals and work towards structured and clear promotion milestones.
- Stay connected with placed candidates to ensure longterm network.
What We Look For:
- Minimum tertiary education qualification preferred.
- Selfdriven individuals with strong work ethic and a natural desire to serve.
- A positive energetic personality with a cando spirit.
- Singaporeans experience in recruitment is a bonus but not requiredwe welcome passionate individuals looking to build a career from the ground up comprehensive training will be provided as part of onboarding process.
