Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Team Lead (Financial Sales):
Job Responsibilities
- Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets while achieving personal sales goals.
- Lead coach and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to maintain productivity service quality and positive morale.
- Monitor individual and team performance; provide regular performance reviews and close gaps through coaching or action plans.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all credit proposals submitted by the team in alignment with internal standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless sales and credit cycle.
- Stay up to date with market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Cultivate a strong network of business contacts to generate leads and foster longterm client relationships.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Finance or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in SME Banking Corporate Lending or Mortgage/Property Loans.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing and coaching sales teams.
- Strong sales acumen leadership skills and a consistent track record in achieving targets.
- Selfmotivated resultsoriented and effective in stakeholder engagement.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD7000 Allowances Individual Com Override Com
- Working Location: Bukit Batok
- Working Hours: Monday Friday 8.30am 6.30pm
