General knowledge of product and risk management
Excellent problemsolving skills strong result orientation and selfmotivation
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Strong communication skills
Very good command of English native Polish

Are you passionate about designing and developing innovative insurance products and driving market success We are seeking a Product Manager to take on the responsibility of insurance products with a focus on Travel assistance Travel insurance Home Moto and Health risks in key markets like Poland.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop new insurance products including pricing terms & conditions IPID POG documentation and policy forms
Monitor market trends and benchmark with competitors to drive product innovation
Collaborate with Sales Finance and Operations to demonstrate a problemsolving attitude and solutiondriven approach
Ensure compliance with AXA Group internal control standards and underwriting guidelines
Support Sales and Ecommerce Department in negotiations during renewals and tenders
Identify and analyze possible risks and develop necessary mitigation options
Actively participate in implementing new businesses and ensuring main processes are covered from AZ
