Administrator Outpatient and Pre Assessments
Hereford Outpatients Permanent Full Time
Salary of 24043.50 per annum
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

As an Administrator in our Outpatients and Pre Assessment departments youll bring experience of administration in a complex fastpaced environment demonstrable call handling skills and excellent IT skills. You will have the ability to provide a professional courteous sensitive and empathetic approach as well as be an enthusiastic highly motivated and flexible individual. Whats more you know how to present this in a timely and professional manner. Ideally you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent but this isnt essential.
As an Administration Assistant on our busy and friendly Team you will:
Handle enquiries and general queries
Book appointments for the Outpatients team
Liaise with various internal and external parties
Assisting with general admin duties in the department
Put your strong IT and keyboard skills to work
Maintain patient database and records
Filing scanning photocopying
Assisting with audits and Pre Operative Bookings and notes
