About the role:
The Lanes Group are seeking a vanbased Jetting Engineer/Blockage Technician on the front line to join our growing depot network. The work is a mixture of reactive and planned work and due to this we are recruiting for an experienced operative to join our team. The role is based out of our depot in Eastleigh.
Location: Eastleigh
Salary: 14.0014.50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications held)
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with overtime available
The job:
Youll be operating vanmounted jetting equipment for a wide range of drainrelated issues. Based out of the Eastleigh Depot your projects will cover a wide range of drainage related issues from emergency callouts and blockages to cleaning pipes during regular maintenance programmes.
You will visit various types of clients and sites both commercial and residential.
About you:
You may already be familiar with high pressure jetting equipment with drainage experience including internal blockages but training can be given for those who do not possess them but have a desire and attitude to learn.
Youll need a UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points and hold an up to date CSCS card (desirable).
Youll be polite and respectful when dealing with customers and the public and observe all health and safety procedures. And youll love working outdoors.
Being flexible is essential too: we operate 24/7 so there will be early starts weekend working and an outofhours callout rota.
