We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to lead the sourcing and onboarding of SelfEmployed Mortgage Advisers across the UK. This is a pivotal role in helping grow a national network of advisers by identifying top talent guiding them through the recruitment process and ensuring a smooth transition into their selfemployed careers.
As a key member of the recruitment team you will play an instrumental part in building a robust adviser network working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. Youll be responsible for attracting highquality candidates managing relationships and ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment journey.

Proactively source and attract experienced SelfEmployed Mortgage Advisers across the UK
Manage endtoend recruitment processes: from advertising and sourcing to screening interviewing and offer management
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates using LinkedIn job boards networking events and referrals
Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity
Partner with compliance and onboarding teams to ensure seamless integration of new advisers
Provide insights and reports on recruitment performance pipeline progress and market intelligence
Develop recruitment campaigns and contribute to employer branding efforts tailored to the selfemployed adviser market
Proven experience recruiting within financial services ideally in the mortgage or protection sector
Strong understanding of the selfemployed adviser model and the UK mortgage market
Confident personable and highly motivated with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of FCA regulations and adviser onboarding requirements is a plus
Techsavvy with experience using recruitment CRM/ATS systems and professional networking platforms
