Marblehead High School French TeacherSchool Year 202526Position Responsibilities:Teaches French to High School studentsMeets and instructs assigned classes in the locations and at the times a program of study that as much as possible meets the individual needs interests and abilities of the a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the for classes assigned and shows written evidence of preparation upon request of immediate students to set and maintain standards of classroom the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and in harmony with the goals establishes clear objectives for all lessons units and projects to communicate these objectives to a variety of instructional techniques and instructional media consistent with the physical limitations of the location provided and the needs and capabilities of the individuals or student groups to implement by instruction and action the districts philosophy of education and instructional goals and the accomplishments of students on a regular basis and provides progress reports as all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students equipment materials and accurate complete and correct records as required by law district policy and administrative the administration in implementing all policies and rules governing student life and conduct and for the classroom develops reasonable rules of classroom behavior and procedure and maintains order in the classroom in a fair and just provision for being available to students and parents for educationrelated purposes outside the instructional day when required or requested to do so under reasonable terms and as outlined in the collective bargaining agreement if staff meetings and serves on staff committees as lesson plans and instructional materials and provides individualized and small group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each lesson plans into learning experiences so as to best utilize the available time for and maintains standards of pupil behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere in the pupils academic and social growth keeps appropriate records and prepares progress with parents through conferences and other means to discuss pupils progress and interpret the school pupil needs and cooperates with other professional staff members in assessing and helping pupils solve health attitude and learning pupils in outofclassroom activities during the assigned working group standardized tests in accordance with the district testing other duties as assigned.
