The Human Resources (HR) Specialist serves as an HR Consultant for assigned division(s) to provide fullscope advanced professional human resource (HR) services.This includes providing consultation and guidance in developing and implementing HR business solutions; administering training and organizational development; designing strategic solutions to organizational issues and challenges; advising on employee relations; leading personnel complaint and grievance investigations; designing administering and providing training on recruitment and selection processes; administering onboarding programs; coordinating or performing job analysis and evaluation; administering compensation.
