About the Role:
We are looking for a Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) Program Manager to oversee enterprisewide initiatives related to technology asset management and technical debt remediation. This role requires deep experience in managing IT asset portfolios and driving strategic remediation plans for outdated or highrisk technology components.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement enterprise standards for technical debt identification tracking and remediation.
Develop and enforce lifecycle policies for technology assets (hardware software platforms).
Institutionalize asset lifecycle metadata (age support status risk scoring) into CMDB or equivalent tools
Technical Debt Visibility & Tracking
Establish a framework and tools for centralized visibility of technical debt across applications platforms and infrastructure.
Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to create and maintain tech debt registries.
Standardize how aging unsupported or noncompliant technologies are flagged and prioritized.
Remediation Roadmapping
Lead creation of remediation roadmaps that are aligned to enterprise risk posture business continuity and modernization goals.
Work with application and platform owners to scope work estimate cost and effort and align with funding cycles.
Translate technical debt remediation into planned work portfolios and multiyear investment strategies.
Required Qualifications:
10 years of experience in technology program or project management
5 years of handson experience in IT asset management CMDB governance or technology lifecycle processes
Experience leading technical debt remediation initiatives at scale
Strong understanding of infrastructure components (servers databases middleware cloud platforms)
Excellent organizational communication and executive stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to manage large crossfunctional programs with competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with ServiceNow Flexera or other asset management/CMDB tools
Knowledge of riskbased prioritization frameworks
Experience working in hybrid infrastructure environments (onprem cloud)
PMP PgMP or SAFe certification
Understanding of ITIL processes and governance frameworks
