The role:

As an Operator you will help drive our goals by:

• Supporting the operations team in the skilled execution of operator activities and adhering to the production schedule to ensure the ontime delivery of quality product
• Completing all necessary batch sheets and handovers to ensure continuous production
• Making suggestions for process improvements within area of responsibility
• Carrying out tasks and duties as directed by the Production Lead that will contribute to the levels of performance and competence required
• Reporting incidents nearmisses unsafe conditions and sources of error promptly

Due to the nature of this role applicants must be nonsmokers and have been free from nicotine products for at least 3 months

This role is a 12hour day and night shifts position including weekends and bank holidays on a 2s and 3s shift pattern.
