IT Support Technician
25500 to 27500 basic salary per annumplus benefits including bonus pension 23 days holiday incentives and excellent training & development plans etc.
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join an industry leading organisation based in central Reading. This highly successful and continuously expanding company are looking for an IT Support Technician to join their small IT team on a permanent basis. The IT Support Technician will spend most of their time resolving support issues however you will also get opportunities to be involved in project work such as a new CRM implementation and Windows upgrade.
Our client provides a friendly working environment wellrounded benefits package and plenty of opportunities for training and development. The successful IT Support Technician will need at least a few months experience in IT support and will be eager to learn and progress within the IT industry!
Essential skills:
Microsoft based operating systems
IT support experience
Microsoft 365
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
