Job Description
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position is available at our 5star rated campus!Join our awardwinning team at Chapel View! In this role you will help our residents experience independence and dignity within a loving community atmosphere.
Position Type: PartTime working weekends
Wage: $30.00 $36.57 / hour depending on experience.
Available Shifts: Days(6:30am3:00pm)
Location:605 Minnetonka Mills Road Hopkins MN 55343
Nurse responsibilities:
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
Nurse skills and requirements:
- Must have a current Minnesota LPNlicense and be in good standing.
- Selfstarter with a desire to be a part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
