Hours: Monday Friday 8AM 5PM
- Serve as the primary business development representative in the satellite office.
- Develop localized strategies to increase revenue and client engagement.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking cold calling and client referrals.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Create customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions proposals and contracts using CRM software.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network.
- High School Diploma at a minimum.
- Proven experience in business development or client relations preferably in the janitorial or commercial cleaning sector.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to travel to Oregon for training throughout the year.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
