Job Summary:

The Business Development & Client Relations Specialist (Satellite Office) will focus on expanding the companys presence within the designated region. This role involves both acquiring new business and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. The Business Development & Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires strategic thinking client management and a understanding of the janitorial and commercial cleaning industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary business development representative in the satellite office.
  • Develop localized strategies to increase revenue and client engagement.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking cold calling and client referrals.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Create customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions proposals and contracts using CRM software.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma at a minimum.
  • Proven experience in business development or client relations preferably in the janitorial or commercial cleaning sector.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to travel to Oregon for training throughout the year.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
