AI FULL STACK ENGINEER at MOTOR INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Summary
- As a Full Stack AI Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing testing and deploying AIbased applications that leverage large language models such as GPT4/GPT3.5 Gemini and state of the art open source models. You will leverage your resourcefulness and creativity to design out of the box solutions. You will work closely with product managers data scientists and customers to understand their needs and deliver highquality solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable robust and efficient AI systems that use agents or large language models for various natural language processing tasks such as text generation summarization question answering sentiment analysis etc.
- Optimize the performance accuracy and reliability of the AI systems using stateoftheart techniques and tools.
- Conduct code reviews testing debugging and documentation of the AI systems.
- Deploy and monitor the AI systems in production environments and ensure their availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers data scientists and customers to understand their requirements and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in the AI and large language models domain and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development preferably in AI or natural language processing.
- Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
- Must be proficient in Python and SQL.
- Built at least 12 generative AI projects in the last 18 months using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
- Handson experience with large language models and agents such as GPT4 Gemini Llama Mistral and their applications.
- Strong knowledge of natural language processing concepts and techniques such as tokenization embedding attention transformers etc.
- Pandas and/or polars experience is desired.
- Experience with the PyTorch framework is helpful.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Pyspark
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud and their AI services.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or Git.
- Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
- Passionate about learning new technologies and staying updated with the latest developments in the AI and large language models field.
