Waynesburg Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinarian with strong leadership qualities to step into a Chief of Staff role at our wellrespected fullservice practice in Waynesburg Pennsylvania. What Youll Do:
Serve as the clinical leader and mentor to associate veterinarians and support staff
Oversee the medical quality of the hospital
Collaborate with hospital management on business and operational decisions
Help develop and implement protocols to ensure highquality patient care
Continue practicing veterinary medicine with a reduced caseload to balance leadership duties
Who You Are:
A seasoned veterinarian with strong clinical and surgical skills
Passionate about mentoring and developing others
Comfortable making medical decisions and providing strategic direction
Interested in helping grow a thriving community practice
