About the Role
As a Contact Center Agent youll be the first point of contact with homeowners dreaming of a better home and your job is to turn that curiosity into commitment. Youll manage leads through our CRM systems monitor aggregator feeds and adhere to strict speedtolead requirements.
Youll be backed by strong training a supportive team and the opportunity to grow with our expanding business.
What Youll Do
Connect with inbound and outbound leads to qualify interest and schedule appointments
Monitor live aggregator feeds (Hatch CRMs) to pick up new leads instantaneously
Adhere to speedtolead SLAs with first outreach within 30 seconds of lead arrival
Create excitement around our services
Consistently hit weekly appointment and conversion targets
Enter data accurately into Acculynx and maintain detailed customer records
Confirm appointments and follow up with potential clients
Adapt to brandspecific scripts pricing guidelines and geographic territories
Maintain strong relationships with local brand teams
Stay agile and team focused as the companys needs evolve

Compensation & Perks
Base Pay: $16.50$18.00/hr (depending on experience)

Comprehensive onemonth training program at our Crete IL location
MondayFriday 8:00am5:00pm (some flexibility may be required) from our office in Crete IL
Training begins late June/early July 2025
