Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Software Developer with strong expertise in TypeScript to join our growing development team. In this role you will work on building and maintaining scalable serverless applications using modern cloud technologies. You will be responsible for developing both the frontend and backend of web applications using React and with a primary focus on delivering robust highperformance systems based on RESTful APIs.
As a key member of our team you will contribute to the design development and deployment of applications hosted on AWS leveraging its serverless infrastructure including DynamoDB S3 Lambda and CloudFront. Your experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) under AWS will be essential in streamlining deployment processes and ensuring efficient infrastructure management.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain fullstack applications usingTypeScript backend andReactfor frontend.
- Design and implement scalable secure and performantRESTful APIs.
- Build serverless applications onAWSleveraging services such asDynamoDBS3LambdaCloudFront andAPI Gateway.
- Write efficient and scalable infrastructure usingAWS CDK(Infrastructure as Code).
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack.
- Write clean maintainable and welldocumented code with proper unit and integration testing.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Work in an agile environment contributing to sprint planning standups and retrospectives.
Required Skills Knowledge and Abilities
- Proficiency inTypeScriptfor both frontend and backend development.
- Strong experience with backend development.
- Experience with building dynamic and responsive frontend interfaces.
- Handson experience withAWSserverless services:LambdaDynamoDBS3CloudFrontAPI Gateway.
- Experience withAWS CDKfor Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience withRESTful APIdesign and development.
- Familiarity withGraphQL(highly desirable but not required).
- Solid understanding of software development best practices including version control (Git) code reviews CI/CD and testing frameworks.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot distributed systems in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a DevOps environment utilizing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Familiarity with additional AWS services such as CloudFormation ECS or RDS.
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloudbased applications.
- Experience with microservices architecture and eventdriven systems.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles for frontend development.
$146000 $170000 a year
Inadditionto the above compensation this role may be eligible for a bonus.
