Role description:
We are currently seeking a Water Engineer CoOp or Intern to join our Water Business Line in our Middletown CT or East Greenwich RI office for Fall 2025 (AugustDecember 2025). This position will be heavily involved in fieldwork in New London CT.

Role accountabilities:
As a Water Engineer CoOp/Intern you will have the opportunity to gain valuable handson experience in various aspects of water engineering and lead service line replacement projects. Your role will involve supporting the management of projects and providing inspection services for lead service line replacements projects. Fieldwork activities will be an integral part of your experience where you will have the chance to conduct site visits perform inspections and provide construction oversight as needed.

- Strong attention to detail organization skills and work ethic
- The initiative and ability to take on new projects and other challenges regularly.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Selfmotivated teamoriented and flexible with the ability to balance and address new challenges as they arise
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a BS in Engineering Environmental Studies Environmental Science or another closely related academic discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or coursework in water/wastewater water resources or related sectors.

Arcadis offers benefits for parttime asneeded positions. These benefits include EAP 401K and optional wellbeing benefits. The salary range for this position is $18.30$33.30/ hr. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
