Key Responsibilities
As an intern you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through various projects. Each day you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABBs operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is Onsite
This role is contributing to the ELSP Americas Hub Arecibos Manufacturing Site
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Collaborating with various teams to support ABBs operations ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.
- Utilizing understanding of customers needs and ABBs solutions to determine effective solutions for customers ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements.
- Participating in team meetings brainstorming sessions and other collaborative efforts.
- Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in industrial Software Computer Mechanical or Electrical Engineers in the United States.
- Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorshipnow and in the future.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
- Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
